Monica Andrews owner / founder of One to One Health Centers
Monica graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1995. Her internship was two years of aquatic therapy with intentions to go on to Physical Therapy School. But after a friend opened her eyes to the opportunities in personal training, she soon realized her passion where her true passion lay. After several years of working in large clubs, she knew the should be something different. One to One Health Centers was the result, putting the focus on clients' long term health.

Monica has a very personal approach to help you go from couch potato to getting into the best shape of your life. Listening to your goals is the key to creating a program that leads you to a healthy lifestyle that fits your schedule. She incorporates variety to keep you interested in your workout program. Many times the aches and pains that may have been keeping you from exercising are either eliminated or controlled instead of amplified. Your excuses have all been used before... They will not work here. You will be held accountable for your routine. Many of Monicas clients have been consistent since she moved to Marietta in 1996.

Monica believes exercise is the best way to have the energy to live your life the way you want to; Whether it be learning a new recreational sport later in life, or playing with your grandkids, or both!
